Orders & Shipping

| Where do you ship from? | Our carefully curated collection comes from various trusted global partners. To keep our prices fair and our selection unique, products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. |

| Why did I only receive part of my order? | To ensure quick delivery, and because we source from different partners, items in the same order may be shipped separately. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package—you will not be charged extra shipping for this. |
| Will I have to pay customs fees or duties? | For international orders, yes. Vyndl is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs office. These charges are the customer's responsibility. |
Returns & Refunds
